Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer for a Contract‑to‑Hire role supporting Floor & Decor. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise in Java and Spring Boot, combined with solid frontend skills using React. Experience working in Azure is preferred, though candidates with any cloud background will be considered.
This role requires hands‑on development, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced enterprise environment. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and deploy scalable applications.
Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot
- Strong frontend development with React
- Experience with Azure (or any major cloud platform)
- Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and CI/CD
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
