Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials FAH Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud Financials and Accounting Hub. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle Financials solutions with a focus on FAH, GL, SLA, and AR.
 
Key Responsibilities:
-Design, develop, and support Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH) technical solutions.
-Build and maintain integrations between source systems and Oracle Financials using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
-Develop SQL and PL/SQL programs, packages, procedures, functions, and performance-optimized queries.
-Configure and support Accounting Hub data imports using FBDI, ADFDI, and automated integration frameworks.
-Develop and customize BI Publisher (BIP) reports, XML Publisher templates, and financial reporting solutions.
-Support Subledger Accounting (SLA) rules, accounting event processing, and General Ledger integrations.
-Troubleshoot interface issues, data reconciliation problems, and accounting data validation errors.
-Develop inbound and outbound interfaces with external ERP, banking, and financial systems.
-Create technical design documents (TDDs), integration specifications, and deployment documentation.
-Collaborate with functional consultants, accounting teams, integration teams, and data engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
-Support production deployments, patching, testing, and post-production issue resolution.
-Optimize system performance and recommend automation opportunities using Oracle Cloud capabilities.
 
Required Skills:
-10+ years of Oracle ERP technical experience.
-Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Accounting Hub (FAH).
-Experience with Oracle General Ledger (GL), Subledger Accounting (SLA), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
-Expertise in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) report development.
-Strong SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
-Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and Oracle ERP Cloud integrations.
-Experience developing FBDI/ADFDI data load solutions.
-Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud security, roles, and technical architecture.
-Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Oracle Financials integrations.
-Strong understanding of accounting data flows and financial transactions.
-Experience working in Agile development environments.
 
Nice to Have:
-Experience with Oracle AI capabilities and Intelligent Document Recognition (IDR).
-Oracle Fusion Middleware experience.
-Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS).
-Knowledge of tax integrations and financial reporting.
-Experience in fintech, banking, or cryptocurrency industries.
-Oracle Cloud Certifications in Financials or Integration.
