Job Title: IAM Solutions Engineer

Location: Hybrid On-Site in Deerfield Beach, FL 3 Days a Week

Duration: Long Term

The IAM Solutions Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and testing Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions aligned with business requirements.

This role involves identifying potential risks, troubleshooting issues, and integrating effective solutions to ensure secure and efficient access management across systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including provisioning, authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and federation
Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), SailPoint, or similar platforms
Proficiency in scripting or programming (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Java)
Knowledge of directory services (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP)
Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX)
Experience with API integrations and identity lifecycle management
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and their IAM capabilities
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly
Experience with access governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and privileged access management (PAM)
