Job Title: SAP Biller Direct Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
• We are seeking an experienced SAP Biller Direct Techno-Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and production support of SAP Biller Direct solutions.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong combination of functional expertise in SAP Biller Direct, SAP FICA, and SAP IS-U along with technical knowledge to troubleshoot, configure, and integrate solutions across SAP and third-party applications.

Responsibilities:
• Configure, implement, and support the SAP Biller Direct application for customer self-service and online bill payment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure and enhance SAP Biller Direct functionality, including customer registration, account management, payment processing, eBilling, notifications, and self-service features.
• Work closely with SAP FICA, IS-U, and payment processing teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and support interfaces between SAP Biller Direct and SAP ECC/S/4HANA using web services, APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with business users during requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, configuration documents, and user guides.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions following SAP best practices.

Required Skills:
• 7+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Biller Direct.
• Hands-on experience with SAP IS-U and SAP FICA.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of SAP Biller Direct configuration and customization.
• Experience integrating SAP Biller Direct with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, eBilling, customer self-service portals, and online payment processing.
• Experience with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, and middleware integrations.
• Ability to create functional specifications and coordinate technical developments.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting production environments and resolving critical incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP Utilities implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP Gateway, SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or other integration platforms.
• Experience working in Agile project environments.
• SAP certification in IS-U, FICA, or related SAP technologies is a plus.
