Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year

A bit about us:

We are a privately held specialty contractor with 35+ years of history and a reputation for owning our work from design through energization. Our renewable energy division is our largest business, and the overall company is on track toward $1B by end of year. We self-perform as an EPC on ground mount solar, from 1-10 MW distributed generation sites up to 15+ MW utility-scale projects, and we are expanding quickly into battery energy storage. Our culture moves fast, takes calculated risks, and rewards people who step up and own the outcome.

Why join us?
  • Set the standard: Engineering came in-house about two years ago, and you'll shape the design processes, review standards, templates, and lessons learned the team uses.
  • Ownership: You'll lead electrical design from preliminary through IFC and serve as the go-to expert on DC/AC collection and MV.
  • Visible impact: Accurate designs save man-hours in the field, and you'll see your work built.
  • Flexibility: The role is remote, with office visits monthly to bimonthly and site trips about twice a year. More field time is encouraged.
  • Rewarding pay: Discretionary bonuses typically run 10-20% and reach up to 30% for top performers.
  • Benefits: 100% employer-paid health and dental for employees, HSA contributions, company-paid life and disability coverage, a 401(k) match, PTO, six paid holidays, education reimbursement, and weekly pay.
