Summary:
This role is integral to transforming our execution systems into an AI-driven engine, enabling the organization to move beyond manual coordination and focus on launch excellence. By combining platform ownership with programming and applied-AI capabilities, you will help automate and enhance our processes.
 
Responsibilities
  • Operational Backbone: Ensure the execution engine runs smoothly. Manage Atlassian and SharePoint platforms, automate workflows, and maintain data governance.
  • AI Transformation & Intelligent Automation: Lead the shift to AI-augmented execution. Build AI agents, develop AI-assisted search, and create dashboards for real-time visibility.
  • Partner with Business and Strategic Operations to automate reporting and reduce manual efforts.
  • Identify high-ROI AI use cases, prototype, and scale successful solutions.
 
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience with Atlassian (Jira / Confluence) and SharePoint administration.
  • Proficiency in Python for automation, data wrangling, and API integration.
  • Experience in workflow automation and AI agent development, particularly using the Anthropic API/SDK.
  • Strong data and reporting skills, including SQL and modern BI tools.
  • Process-oriented with the ability to create reliable and maintainable systems.
 
Skills
  • Experience in go-to-market, product-launch, or PMO environments.
  • Knowledge of Java or other object-oriented languages.
  • Experience in defining AI governance policies.
  • Change-management and enablement experience.
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, Atlassian, or applied-AI credentials.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $60.00 - $60.61 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
