Job Summary

    • Intermediate Salesforce knowledge
    • Admin certified preferred
    • Typically 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a closely related CRM leadership role.
    • Typically 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a closely related CRM leadership role.
    • Understanding of user/license management, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), security management, and SDLC in Agile/Scrum environments.
    • Exceptional stakeholder communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): automation, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports
