Audit Management Specialist

Hansen Talent Group is hiring for a Program Manager to support Audit planning and execution of audit and compliance focused- projects! This is a hybrid position based in the greater Columbia area, working closely with senior leadership and C-Suite executives to enhance security posture and improve IT Audit lifecycles.

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing audit efforts from inception through audit remediation. This individual will serve as a partner to both auditors and internal IT teams to ensure audits are lead efficiently and findings are addressed thoroughly to improve compliance across the enterprise.

Duties:

• Facilitate discovery and kick off meetings, supporting conversations between the auditors and IT technical teams in order to best define audit requirements.
• Schedule and oversee audit work requests and workflows -- reviewing requests and assigning IT Teams.
• Coordinate audit dates and set specific milestones for when audit evidence and artifacts are due.
• Track workflows to ensure IT Teams deliver on time and mitigate risk of late delivery.
• Lead audit closure meetings, discussing gaps found and remediation actions needed. 
• Work with auditing teams to approve and implement audit remediation plans.
• Track and manage project and audit budgets, ensure time is coded properly. 
• Maintain audit and project documentation.

Qualifications: 

• In-depth project management experience working with high-regulatory environments
• Hands-on experience with audit management projects and workflows as a PM
