Required Qualifications:

Support and maintain IBM z/OS mainframe environments and related system components
Utilize mainframe utilities such as JCL, TSO, IDCAMS, and SORT for batch processing and system operations
Monitor and optimize system and application performance, identifying bottlenecks and tuning accordingly
Manage and schedule batch jobs using tools like Control-M or equivalent schedulers
Perform debugging, testing, and preparation of test data for system changes and enhancements
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and operational guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business users and technical staff, to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Support change management processes and deployment activities using tools such as BMC ISPW
Work with tools like MXG and SAS for z/OS for performance reporting and analytics
Ensure system reliability, availability, and compliance with enterprise standards
Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis
Mentor team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives
