RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Smithfield, RI.
Key Tasks:
* Focus on customer: Demonstrate understanding of customer's business domain
* Ensuring the technology team is building the right software solutions and components to maximize customer experience
* Facilitating flow of requirements from the business to the technology team
* Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of analyst experience delivering Marketing focused digital solutions of high value
* Familiarity with APIs and how to call them via an API tool is a plus (Insomnia/Bruno)
* Some familiarity with SQL and how to interpret/modify queries
* Proficient in conducting technical and business analysis, gathering and writing requirements, designing and maintaining dynamic solutions & translating strategic objectives into technical roadmaps
* Can communicate effectively across workstreams (U/X, Content, Architecture, Engineering, Legal and Compliance teams) translating business and client needs into technical requirements
* An affinity for technology and knowledge of systems integration technologies and standards
* Proficient using Confluence & JIRA
* Strong technical interest in financial services and ability to research and learn new technologies
* You are deeply effective in written and verbal communications and are dedicated to tailoring content to the appropriate audience (business vs. technology, associate vs. management)
* Communicating progress to technology and business partners at all levels
* Determined, self-managed, energetic, passionate, and motivated with the ability to work independently to deliver results
* Able to digest and break down stories, working closely with the team's tech lead
* Ability to work with squad lead and delivery team to meet business and client needs
* Basic knowledge of angular components and REST APIs is a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
