Summary

Job : SAP Junior Technical Support Engineer

Location : Health Campus, 400 Otarre Parkway, Cayce, SC 29203

Support modernization of Financial & HR systems

Migrate and upgrade legacy systems
Align business needs with industry best practices
Ensure compliance with federal & state regulations
Support transition to operational environment

Responsibilities

Configure & maintain SAP ECC HR modules (SCEIS)
Optimize workflows & reduce manual HR processes
Perform system testing (Unit, Integration, UAT)
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HR issues
Improve HR data quality & integrity
Develop reports/dashboards (SAP, Excel, Power BI)
Maintain technical documentation (SOPs, config docs)
Implement role-based access controls (RBAC)
Support compliance (NIST, FISMA, HIPAA, FLSA)
Collaborate with HR, IT & Finance teams
Support HR system modernization projects

Required Skills (Ranked)

3+ years SAP ECC (SCEIS) HR module experience
3+ years State HR/Payroll & compliance knowledge
3+ years Data validation & integrity monitoring
3+ years Reporting (SAP, Excel, Power BI)
3+ years MS Office & collaboration tools
Experience with RBAC & access configuration

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of NIST 800-53, FISMA, SC InfoSec standards
IT Implementation project experience

Education

Bachelor s Degree or equivalent experience
