Detailed Job Description: NYSDOH needs temporary contractual services to support the vendor hosted data system for the New York Early Intervention Program (EIP). This application is used to address the Early Intervention Program's (EIP's) functions of child referral and intake, case management, developmental evaluations, service planning, service delivery, service providers' claiming, provider application and approval, reporting, auditing, and compliance with federal and State requirements. The individual in this position will primarily be responsible for overseeing the testing of the Program's data system and will act as a liaison between Program staff and the third-party vendor.
