Job Summary:The Program Manager will lead the execution and delivery of enterprise IT infrastructure services supporting an enterprise environment. The Program Manager will serve as the primary interface with government leadership and oversee all operational, technical, and program management activities across multiple task orders under the contract. This role is responsible for ensuring delivery of high-availability enterprise services supporting nationwide infrastructure environments including network services, infrastructure operations, and cloud services.
Nature of WorkThe Program Manager will oversee enterprise IT services supporting:
- nationwide federal infrastructure
- data center operations
- hybrid cloud platforms
- enterprise networks
- ServiceNow-based operations
The environment includes:
- Windows / Linux server environments
- enterprise storage and virtualization
- nationwide IP networks
- ticket-driven operations and maintenance
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary government interface for contract performance
- Lead delivery of all contractual task orders
- Manage program schedule, staffing, risk, and performance
- Coordinate technical teams across infrastructure domains
- Ensure SLA compliance and service delivery performance
- Manage subcontractors and team integration
- Oversee transition-in and operational continuity
- Manage financial performance and program reporting
- Lead modernization initiatives and infrastructure improvements
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years of IT program management experience
- 10+ years managing enterprise IT infrastructure programs
- Experience managing federal IT programs of similar scope
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
- PMP
- ITIL V4
