Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the AI-driven transformation of our Finance and Sales Operations. You will identify high-impact opportunities, define product roadmaps, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making across functions like Order management, Purchasing, Product delivery, Billing, Revenue, R2R.
Key Responsibilities- Define the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled operations, translating business objectives into technical requirements and success metrics.
- Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and lead modernization initiatives using AI, ML, and advanced analytics.
- Partner with data science and engineering teams to manage products from concept to production, ensuring model accuracy and compliance.
- Establish KPIs to measure operational efficiency and iterate based on user feedback.
Qualifications Required Qualifications- 8 years of experience in product management focused on Finance or Sales operations with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
- Proven track record of delivering production-level AI/ML products.
- Hands-on experience transforming processes such as Order-to-Cash, CRM optimization, or Revenue Recognition.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and experience in Enterprise B2B environments.
- Background in Finance or Revenue Operations.
Compensation DisclosureThe compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
