RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Service Desk Analyst in Johnson City, TX.

Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Desk Analyst. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth computer deployment processes, and excellent customer service for internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Service Desk Analyst will maintain accurate and consistent inventory levels across all hardware categories
* Image, prepare, and configure computers for deployment
* Support Service Desk Agents and leadership with equipment deployment and logistics
* Provide weekly inventory reporting for upcoming orders
* Coordinate computer repairs and vendor warranty services
* Oversee shipping and receiving of equipment
* Manage and update the inventory system, including spot checks on issued and returned devices
* Clean and sanitize laptops prior to deployment
* Conduct frequent spot and partial inventory audits
* Maintain printer inventory, including adds/moves/changes
* As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide in-person and phone customer service to internal users
* Assist with ticket creation and documentation
* Coordinate recycling of equipment and vendor pickups
* Maintain updated -grab-and-go- laptop and docking station availability for agents
* Ensure coverage of the workstation/workbench at all times

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED or equivalent required
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong keyboarding proficiency
* Exceptional organizational skills and ability to work independently
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
* Willingness to collaborate with Service Desk Agents and Field Technicians
* Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with internal customers
* Ability to perform basic math calculations
* Experience working with computerized inventory systems preferred
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel preferred

Physical Requirements:
* Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
* Ability to lift up to 60 pounds as needed

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
