Role: IAM Project Manager (Spanish and English)
Location: Jersey City, NJ”. [Hybrid 3 days/week to onsite is must]
Role Summary:
The IAM Project Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies, policies, and procedures. The role includes managing client projects focused on the integration of IAM/PAM platforms and ensuring compliance with identity governance and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of IAM strategy, policies, and procedures.
Manage client projects focused on the integration of IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., Saviynt, Entra, SailPoint, CyberArk).
Develop and deliver solutions across all IAM/PAM capabilities, including JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) workflows, enforcing multi-factor authentication (MFA), password vaulting, and session monitoring.
Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with clients’ identity governance requirements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or related fields.
Proficiency in IAM/PAM technologies and tools, including the ability to conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple IAM workstreams, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
Experience managing organizational change and user training.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with IT, security, and business teams, and present complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Fluency in Spanish and English required, to support diverse client needs.
