Summary

Resource 1 is seeking a Sr. ERP/WMS Test Program Lead to support a major enterprise technology transformation for a leading food distribution organization. This role will establish and lead the enterprise testing framework and governance model for a major transformation replacing a legacy AS/400/IBM i platform with a modern technology ecosystem including Manhattan OMS/WMS/TMS, demand planning, and related integrations. The primary responsibility is to ensure critical business processes are tested end-to-end across applications, integrations, data, and business functions.

The Sr. ERP/WMS Test Program Lead will bring a broad understanding of business processes across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, pricing, promotions, master data, invoicing and financial flows. The role will establish a repeatable testing playbook to support a phased rollout across 16 distribution centers, with particular focus on the initial implementation and first subsequent conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and establish the enterprise testing framework, methodology, and governance.
  • Provide strategic oversight of end-to-end, UAT, integration, and regression testing across critical business processes.
  • Develop enterprise test coverage and identify edge cases and critical scenarios across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, master data, pricing, promotions, order management, warehouse operations, invoicing, and financial processes.
  • Coordinate testing across business teams, IT, system integrators, and application teams.
  • Ensure integrations, data, exceptions, and high-volume scenarios are appropriately tested.
  • Establish defect management, reporting, and escalation processes.
  • Provide executive leadership with testing status, risks, and go-live readiness.
  • Develop a repeatable testing framework/playbook for future deployments.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of QA/testing and/or technology delivery experience.
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level end-to-end testing for a large-scale ERP or comparable business transformation.
  • Experience building testing frameworks and governance.
  • Strong understanding of integration testing and complex ecosystems involving ERP, OMS/WMS, financial systems, EDI, and middleware.
  • Strong UAT, integration, and data testing experience.
  • Understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working with senior business and technology leadership.

Preferred:

  • Experience with ERP (ideally Oracle ERP), OMS, WMS, TMS, EDI, or e-commerce environments.
  • Manhattan or similar platform experience.
  • Food/wholesale distribution, CPG, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience with high-volume, complex business environments involving significant order, customer, supplier, SKU, or pricing volumes.
  • Experience with multi-location enterprise implementations.

Medical insurance and a 401(k) plan is offered to all eligible W2 employees.
