Job Description
seeking a Salesforce Financial Services Solution Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud to lead enterprise-scale CRM transformation initiatives across Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Lending business units.
This role will drive end-to-end solution architecture, ensuring alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and Salesforce platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end-to-end architecture for Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations
• Design scalable, compliant solutions leveraging Financial Accounts, Household model, Relationship Mapping, Action Plans, and Interaction Summaries
• Define enterprise data models aligned with financial industry standards
• Architect omni-channel service experiences across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
• Industry & Regulatory Alignment
• Ensure solutions comply with financial regulations (KYC, AML, GDPR, data residency, audit requirements)
• Implement consent management, data privacy, and role-based security models
• Collaborate with Risk & Compliance teams

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

• Architect integrations with core banking, wealth management, policy admin, loan origination, and payment systems
• Define API strategies (REST/SOAP, middleware, event-driven architecture)
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Technical Architects on scalability and governance

Stakeholder Leadership

• Partner with Business, Product Owners, and BU Leaders
• Translate complex financial workflows into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Provide architectural governance and design reviews

Delivery & Governance

• Lead solution blueprinting, estimation, and roadmap planning
• Establish best practices for DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
• Mentor developers and functional consultants
