Job Description – End User Computing Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an End User Computing (EUC) Manager to lead the delivery and support of end-user technology services across the organization. The role will be responsible for managing workplace technology, endpoint devices, user support, and EUC operations while ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day End User Computing operations and support services.
• Lead teams responsible for desktop, laptop, mobile device, and end-user support.
• Manage the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle of endpoint devices.
• Oversee endpoint management using tools such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, or equivalent platforms.
• Ensure effective management of operating systems, software applications, patches, and endpoint security.
• Establish and monitor EUC service levels, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Manage major incidents, escalations, and recurring end-user technology issues.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure endpoint security and compliance.
• Support IT asset lifecycle management, including provisioning, refresh, replacement, and retirement.
• Develop and maintain EUC standards, processes, policies, and documentation.
• Work with vendors and service providers to manage contracts, performance, and service delivery.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve end-user services and user experience.
• Support technology transformation and workplace modernization initiatives.
• Manage budgets, resources, capacity, and operational planning for EUC services.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments, endpoint management, and device lifecycle management.
• Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Intune, SCCM/MECM, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID.
• Understanding of endpoint security, patch management, software deployment, and compliance.
• Experience managing IT service providers and vendors.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL and IT service management practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
