Required Qualifications
Bachelors/Master s Degree in a related business or technical discipline
AWS Certified Solutions Architect (experience with Azure/Google Cloud Platform is a plus)
8 10+ years of experience in Technical or IT Project Management
Proven experience delivering AWS or cloud infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, etc.)
Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Strong ability to manage project schedules, dependencies, and risks
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities
Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned AWS/Azure projects.
Responsible for managing multiple AWS/Azure cloud development, hosting, and implementation tasks (schedule, quality, cost, risk) across the lifecycle of cloud managed services, including managing architects, engineers, and vendors.
Develops technical AWS/Azure project plans, proposals, reports, and administrative documentation.
Project-manages programs to improve business processes related to cloud sales, contracts, proposals, integration, pricing, implementation, development, and support.
Ensures smooth project closure, validating success criteria, deliverables, and stakeholder acceptance.
Leads AWS/Azure cloud process improvement initiatives, such as customer onboarding, change management, configuration management, and self-service solutions.
Public cloud infrastructure delivery (compute, network, storage, IAM, database) is coordinated end-to-end, ensuring correct technical implementation, IaC execution (Terraform/CloudFormation), CI/CD alignment, and compliance with scalability, security, and reliability requirements.
Drives and documents process improvements across Cloud Operations engagements.
Supports Cloud Operations initiatives related to procurement and enterprise cloud platform growth.
Drives security and cloud architecture initiatives, including release management and forward-looking process development.
Leads customer meetings and serves as the primary client liaison for AWS/Azure cloud projects, facilitating both internal and external discussions.
Ensures alignment across global support, customer success, and account teams through clear action plans.
Acts as the single point of contact for critical issues, managing executive escalations and coordinating resolution across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in DevOps or cloud platform environments
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Kubernetes or container infrastructure experience
Experience in large-scale enterprise or multi-team delivery
Exposure to GenAI / ML infrastructure projects
