• About the Role We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Engineer/Developer to join a collaborative, high-performing technology team.
• In this role, you will design, develop, test, and support mainframe applications while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions from development through production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, test, and debug mainframe applications. Perform code analysis, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and environment teams to promote code across development, testing, and production environments.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions. Participate in application maintenance, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and debugging mainframe applications. 5+ years of COBOL development experience. Strong experience with: ◦ CICS ◦ COBOL ◦ DB2 ◦ VSAM ◦ MQ ◦ JCL Experience with Endeavor Software Manager. Familiarity with DB2 utilities, File-AID, job schedulers, and debugging tools.
• Knowledge of secure file transfer processes (SFTP/AWX). Understanding of CICS Dynamic Transaction Routing is preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and business stakeholders. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
