Job Title: Infra CloudOps / CI-CD SecOps Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Infra CloudOps / CI-CD SecOps Consultant to assess, modernize, and optimize enterprise cloud operations capabilities for our customers. This role requires a strong infrastructure generalist with deep expertise across CloudOps, DevSecOps, observability, incident response, and CI/CD modernization.

The ideal candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders to perform current-state operational assessments, identify capability gaps, define target-state architectures, and recommend scalable operational solutions and best practices.

This is a customer-facing consulting role requiring strong technical depth, operational maturity, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct CloudOps and infrastructure capability assessments across enterprise environments
• Analyze current-state operational processes, tooling, and architecture
• Identify gaps across:
  • Observability & Monitoring
  • Incident Response & Reliability
  • CI/CD & Release Automation
  • DevSecOps & Security Operations
  • Infrastructure Automation
• Define future-state operational models and modernization roadmaps
• Recommend best practices for scalable, secure, and reliable cloud operations
• Design and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows
• Evaluate and enhance monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting strategies
• Improve operational readiness, incident management, and postmortem processes
• Implement DevSecOps controls within CI/CD and cloud environments
• Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and leadership teams
• Present findings, recommendations, and architecture solutions to customer stakeholders
• Support cloud infrastructure automation and platform engineering initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in CloudOps, DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud Platform
• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Strong CI/CD experience using tools such as:
  • Jenkins
  • GitHub Actions
  • GitLab CI/CD
  • Azure DevOps
  • ArgoCD
• Experience implementing observability and monitoring solutions:
  • Prometheus
  • Grafana
  • Datadog
  • Splunk
  • ELK
  • OpenTelemetry
• Strong understanding of incident response, SRE principles, and operational reliability
• Experience with DevSecOps and cloud security practices
• Knowledge of security tooling such as:
  • Snyk
  • Prisma Cloud
  • Wiz
  • Qualys
  • SIEM platforms
• Strong understanding of:
  • Logging & monitoring
  • SLO/SLI/SLA
  • RCA/Postmortems
  • Automation & orchestration
  • Cloud governance
• Experience conducting technical assessments, gap analysis, and solution recommendations
• Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in enterprise consulting or advisory engagements
• Experience with platform engineering and cloud transformation initiatives
• Cloud certifications such as:
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • Azure Solutions Architect
  • Google Professional Cloud Architect
  • CKA/CKAD
• Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks
