Position Overview

HHSC is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 with strong hands-on experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing. The ideal candidate will serve as a Functional Business Analyst supporting implementation efforts, system integration, testing, and business process improvements.

This role requires independent work, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with large cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives and recommend system solutions
• Perform requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis
• Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing
• Support Customer Contracts and Accounts Receivable module integration
• Conduct end-to-end business process testing
• Perform system integration and external interface testing
• Prepare functional documentation and system specifications
• Support user training and documentation efforts
• Collaborate using Microsoft Teams and O365 tools
• Assist during critical project phases (may require occasional off-hours work)

Required Experience (Minimum 8+ Years)

• 8+ years as Functional Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain (FSCM) implementations
• 8+ years hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing
• 8+ years performing end-to-end system integration and external interface testing
• 4+ years experience with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• 2+ years using Microsoft Teams in large team environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Public Sector (Federal/State/Local)
• Experience with Comptroller CAPPS Financials
• Experience with Jira
• Experience working in Scrum/Agile environments
