OverviewWe are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to help manage and evolve our security tooling, cloud security posture, and cybersecurity architecture. This role blends hands-on engineering and monitoring with strategic responsibilities such as policy, architecture, and tool design. A third-party SOC handles low-level response, allowing focus on higher-value security work.
Responsibilities- Own and optimize endpoint security and SaaS-based tools (e.g., EDR, Zscaler)
- Design and manage cloud security for Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Support SIEM operations (Splunk today; tooling-agnostic mindset)
- Investigate security incidents and leverage threat intelligence
- Develop and maintain security architecture, standards, and policies
- Support data protection, classification, and encryption initiatives
Qualifications- Analyst III: 6+ years cybersecurity experience
- Analyst IV: 8+ years cybersecurity experience
- Experience with endpoint security, cloud security, and SIEM tools
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and incident response
Preferred CertificationsCISSP, GIAC (GCIH/GSEC), Azure Security, CompTIA Security+, CEH
