Senior Developer – Dynamics 365 (CE)

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer who can do more than just poke around CRM screens and call it “development.” You’ll be responsible for designing, building, and integrating Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions while working closely with business and technical teams.
This role needs someone who can balance hands-on development, architecture thinking, and leadership, without causing chaos in the codebase.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support Dynamics 365 CE applications
Collaborate with system integrators, architects, analysts, and business stakeholders
Design and implement CRM integrations with external systems and backend services
Analyze existing systems to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and technical debt
Build and maintain integration solutions with ERP and back-office systems
Define and execute data migration, conversion, and testing strategies
Lead development efforts including:
High-level & low-level design
Code reviews
Quality standards enforcement
Ensure compliance with enterprise governance, security, and architecture standards
Support and guide agile teams, making practical decisions on trade-offs and risks
Mentor team members and help build delivery capabilities
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
12+ years of overall IT experience
6+ years in Dynamics 365 solution design & architecture
Technical Skills
Strong experience in:
Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
Application development & system integrations
APIs (REST/SOAP), JSON, XML, XSD
Cloud technologies & middleware
Database and security concepts
Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services:
Azure API Management
Logic Apps
Data Factory
Service Bus
Azure Functions
Experience with:
CRM workflows and custom APIs
Integration patterns and enterprise architecture
Nice to Have
Additional experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM ecosystem
Exposure to complex enterprise integrations
