Summary

Mid-Level Business Analyst – Healthcare/Government

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46204 ( Local Candidates Only )
Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Duration: 12/01/2026 – 11/30/2027
Rate:$40.25/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, document, and validate business/technical requirements.

  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.

  • Support data mapping, metadata, data lineage, business rules, and data-quality documentation.

  • Maintain requirements, project documentation, work items, risks, issues, and status reports.

  • Support Azure DevOps work tracking and portfolio reporting.

  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and data owners.

  • Support data governance, reporting, implementation, and sustainability initiatives.

Required:

  • 2+ years of Business Analyst and/or Project Management experience.

  • Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to bridge business and IT teams.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with project/work management tools such as Azure DevOps.

Preferred:

  • Healthcare or Government experience is required.

  • Experience with data governance, data mapping, metadata, or data lineage.

  • Experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog.

  • Experience supporting grant-funded/federally funded initiatives.

  • Public health, healthcare access, health systems, or related experience.

  • Experience working with cross-agency, vendor, or multi-stakeholder teams.
