We are seeking a
hands-on Quality Manager to support the launch and ramp of a new electronics hardware product. This role is embedded directly at a third-party manufacturing facility and plays a critical role in maximizing throughput, resolving quality issues, and keeping product moving through test, repair, and shipment.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working on the factory floor, solving problems in real time, and partnering closely with engineers and technicians.
What You'll Do
- Work onsite at a supplier factory to identify and resolve manufacturing and quality issues
- Debug issues in real time across test, repair, and debug operations
- Optimize factory flow to improve throughput and cycle time
- Analyze production data using Excel to identify trends and bottlenecks
- Perform physical inspections and deep dives into product and process issues
- Collaborate daily with internal engineering, quality, and supply chain teams
- Communicate status, risks, and priorities clearly to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, process, or quality engineering
- Hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing
- Understanding of factory operations and throughput optimization
- Strong Excel and basic data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting new product launches or production ramps
- Background in consumer, automotive, or industrial electronics
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous factory environments
