About the Role

KayDev Technology is looking for a senior Java Developer with strong enterprise architecture experience for a 30-month engagement with the NYS Department of Labor in Albany, NY. You'll design and guide enterprise-scale systems built on microservices, APIs and Google Cloud Platform, build Angular front ends, lead architecture governance and cross-module integration, and design security guardrails for high-compliance, high-security data-exchange environments.

Required Qualifications

• 96 months in enterprise architecture of systems, microservices, API design, and cloud platforms
• 36 months designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale Angular applications, including reusable components, responsive UI, state management, and REST API integration
• 36 months in architecture leadership roles, including governance and cross-module integration
• 24 months integrating enterprise systems with high-security data-exchange environments
• 24 months with Google Cloud Platform (GKE, Pub/Sub, IAM, VPC SC, secure egress)
• 24 months in high-compliance environments (IRS Pub 1075, CJIS, HIPAA)
• 24 months designing architectural guardrails and integrity/security validation frameworks
