Skill set:

Strong solution consulting / architecture background

Experience in healthcare and Medicare regulatory programs (highly required)

Ability to work across business and IT teams in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

Excellent communication and documentation skills



Key responsibilities

Serve as a lead technical expert and liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring business and regulatory needs are translated into effective technology solutions.

Lead solution and requirements development for complex initiatives that may span multiple business domains, including business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Drive current-state to future-state analysis, including process mapping, solution option analysis, and assessment of upstream and downstream system impacts.

Influence and support stakeholders through clear articulation of solution trade-offs, risks, and recommendations.



Technical skill:

ETL, SQL, Azure/cloud knowledge, APIs and knowledge of security standards/TSL certificates, Solution/context/Systems Diagraming using Lucid, JIRA, Excel mastery
