Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice (SCV) to lead the design and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong architecture experience, Salesforce certifications, integration expertise, and the ability to guide large-scale CRM transformation initiatives.

This role requires hands-on architecture, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Salesforce Architecture

  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (mandatory)
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • Service Cloud Voice (SCV)
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions

Salesforce Development

  • Hands-on experience with:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Lead architecture for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Service Cloud Voice implementations
  • Define solution architecture, system landscape, and integration strategy
  • Lead Salesforce integrations with enterprise applications and external platforms
  • Oversee data architecture, migration, governance, and quality initiatives
  • Establish development standards, governance, and Salesforce best practices
  • Provide technical leadership to architects and development teams
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to define solution roadmaps
  • Review solution designs, code, and architecture for quality and scalability
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide architectural guidance
  • Develop architecture documentation, technical diagrams, and implementation playbooks
  • Drive successful project delivery by resolving technical roadblocks and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards



Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Experience with:
    • Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
    • Agentforce
    • AWS Cloud
    • Salesforce Org Consolidation/Merge
  • Experience with enterprise CRM modernization programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
