About the RoleWe are seeking a
Senior Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with strong
Technical Program Manager capabilities to join the
Microsoft Success Program. This role is accountable for driving
technical excellence, operational rigor, and delivery quality across a designated POD-ensuring every engagement meets Microsoft's highest standards.
As both a
technical authority and
operational leader , you'll partner with POD Leads, CSAMs, Service Delivery Managers, and regional stakeholders to elevate customer outcomes, optimize delivery performance, and mature team capabilities at scale.
What You'll DoTechnical Excellence- Serve as the technical authority within the POD, providing architectural guidance and validating best practices across Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Security, AI, and/or Modern Work ? ).
- Perform delivery governance reviews, ensuring accuracy, technical depth, and alignment with industry frameworks.
- Partner with SMEs and IP Leads to validate new content and continuously improve delivery methodologies based on real-world field insights.
Program & Project Management- Lead the Rhythm of Business (ROB) through bi-weekly POD syncs and quarterly business reviews.
- Track and improve performance against key KPIs (e.g., Time to Staff, CPE ), applying targeted corrective actions.
- Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle governance, from kickoff through closeout, aligned with Success Program SLAs.
- Collaborate with Resource Coordinators and SDMs to manage capacity planning and workload prioritization.
Operational Leadership- Act as a regional leader, representing the POD in QBRs and stakeholder forums.
- Partner with CSAMs, Technology Zone Leads, and SDMs to ensure engagement readiness, operational compliance, and business alignment.
- Promote knowledge sharing and collaboration across PODs to drive operational maturity.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and lead corrective action planning.
Innovation & IP Contribution- Provide structured feedback to IP Leads and central teams to enhance delivery IP and identify automation opportunities.
- Champion innovation by bringing field learnings, industry best practices, and process improvements back into the global community.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, cloud architecture, or technical delivery leadership.
- Previous Microsoft experience OR experience working for a global technology company.Proven expertise across Microsoft Cloud services (Azure, M365, and/or Security ).
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their application in customer and operational contexts .
- Solid background in technical leadership, or program/project management, and consulting including governance, reporting, and lifecycle ownership.
- Experience leading distributed, cross-functional teams, including partners and vendors.
- Working knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, and operational frameworks (change, incident management, SLAs, KPIs).
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive, technical, and operational stakeholders.
- Excellent written communication skills with a track record of producing high-quality customer deliverables ? .
Preferred Qualifications- Experience leading large-scale delivery teams in managed services or customer success models.
- Familiarity with SRE, governance & compliance, or operational resiliency practices.
- Experience in multi-partner or vendor delivery models.
- Working knowledge of Power BI, Azure DevOps, and automation tools.
