We are a ServiceNow Partner seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant for a long-term hybrid contract with our direct client in York, PA. Candidates must reside within 1 hour of York, PA and be available to work onsite as needed (approximately 1 day/month).
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, develop, and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules
- Work within ServiceNow Studio, App Engine, and Flow Designer
- Develop and customize workflows, scripts, portals, and widgets
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Create reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics widgets
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprints, and technical discussions
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions
Required ServiceNow Experience:
- ITSM modules including: Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB
- Additional Modules experience with: HRSD, Discovery.
Required Skills:
- Strong ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Hands-on experience with: JavaScript, Glide API, ServiceNow scripting, flow Designer, App Engine
- Experience developing Employee Service Portal components and custom widgets
- Integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelors degree in IT
Required Certifications:
- CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- CAD (Certified Application Developer)
- CIS certifications: ITSM, HR, Discovery
- Accreditation and Suite Certification paths for Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) applications.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid role onsite approximately 1 day/month in York, PA
