ON-SITE - Application Product Manager
The Application Product Manager owns the strategy, lifecycle, and value delivery of enterprise COTS applications, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT. This role drives roadmap execution, vendor management, integrations, and adoption for large-scale platforms such as ERP and EAM in a regulated environment.
Top Responsibilities (Must-Have)

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise COTS applications (ERP, EAM, CRM, etc.)

Partner with business leaders to define requirements and translate them into multi-quarter roadmaps and backlogs

Lead application selection, vendor evaluation, and build vs. buy decisions

Manage application integrations (APIs, middleware, batch processes)
-
Define and track KPIs / OKRs (availability, adoption, cost, value realization)

Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, business, vendors, consultants) using structured delivery methods

Oversee application support models, SLAs, vendor performance, and escalation paths
-
Drive change management, training, go-lives, and post-implementation support

Ensure applications meet security, compliance, and public-sector requirements

Provide executive-level updates, portfolio health reporting, and governance support
Must-Have Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as an Application Owner, Product Manager, or Systems Manager

Experience supporting large enterprise platforms (ERP, EAM, CRM, SaaS)

Strong background in vendor management, licensing, and contracts

Working knowledge of SDLC (Agile, hybrid, waterfall)

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Strong stakeholder communication and executive presentation skills

Public sector or regulated industry experience

Experience with procurement (RFPs, RFIs) and business case development

Familiarity with integration architecture and application diagrams

Budgeting and financial tracking experience
Exposure to transit, utilities, or infrastructure environments
Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week
