We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant for our client to support ongoing implementation, enhancements, and production support activities for a long-term enterprise project. The consultant will work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective configuration, integration, and optimization of Workday HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Workday HCM configuration, implementation, and post-production support
Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into Workday solutions
Configure and support core HCM components including:
Core HCM
Business Process Framework (BPF)
Security roles and domain policies
Perform Workday tenant configuration, data validation, and testing (Unit, UAT)
Support Workday integrations (Inbound/Outbound) using EIBs, Core Connectors, and APIs
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Prepare functional documentation and knowledge transfer materials
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and third-party vendors
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of overall HCM/HRIS experience
4+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience
Strong experience with Core HCM, BPF, Security, and Reporting
Experience supporting Workday integrations and data loads
Strong understanding of HR business processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working on large enterprise or government projects preferred
Nice to Have
Workday certification (HCM or related modules)
Experience with Payroll, Benefits, or Time Tracking
