Role Description: 

Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex software applications that support enterprise business objectives and mission-critical operations. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and cross-functional development teams to define technical requirements, develop scalable and secure application solutions, perform code reviews, and ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices. Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, resolving complex technical challenges, optimizing application performance, and supporting the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions using Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.

Additional Minimum Skills and Qualifications:
