Required HR Executive - Full Time - San Francisco - Hybrid 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.

• Coordinate interviews, candidate screening, and hiring activities.

• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation.

• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, attendance, and payroll.

• Support employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.

• Assist with HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.

• Coordinate employee orientation, training, and development programs.

• Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities.

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, California, and local employment laws.

• Support HR reporting, documentation, and administrative activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.

• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.

• Knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS platforms.

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a technology or corporate environment.

• Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.

• Experience supporting hybrid or remote workforce operations.

• Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management processes.
