Product Manager I (Digital Products)

About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to join a growing digital product team focused on delivering meaningful, scalable solutions that solve real business and user problems. In this role, you will own the product vision for your area, define success through outcomes and OKRs, and partner with crossfunctional teams to bring ideas from discovery through delivery.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fastmoving environments, enjoys breaking down complex problems, and excels at building strong relationships across engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders.
What You ll Do
Execution & Delivery (45%)
- Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and business partners to ensure solutions meet user and business needs.
- Facilitate story mapping and backlog refinement to break down complex initiatives into clear, actionable work.
- Identify and manage crossteam dependencies.
- Participate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and ongoing delivery activities.
- Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure product solutions meet regulatory and organizational standards.
- Support the creation of userfacing communications, training, and release education.
Discovery & Strategy (30%)
- Partner with product leadership to refine and execute product vision and strategy.
- Work closely with engineering and UX/research teams to conduct discovery activities that uncover user needs and pain points.
- Perform user interviews, shadowing, and qualitative research with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design teams to create and validate usable experiences through rapid feedback and testing.
- Translate business problems into clear product opportunities grounded in user needs.
DataDriven Decision Making (15%)
- Define and track outcomebased OKRs for your product area.
- Use data to formulate problem statements and validate solution hypotheses.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate product performance and guide prioritization.
- Continuously iterate on features and enhancements to drive measurable impact.
Other Duties (10%)
- Support additional initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of product management experience in an agile, digital product environment.
- Strong business acumen with a curiositydriven mindset.
- Excellent problemsolving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to clearly articulate the why behind product decisions and inspire alignment.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering under tight timelines.
- Comfort working in environments that evolve rapidly.
- Proven ability to quickly build knowledge in new or unfamiliar domains.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience writing user stories or product requirements for web or mobile applications.
Preferred
- Experience building products from early concept through launch (0to1).
- Background in healthcare technology or regulated industries.
- Familiarity with complex, multistakeholder product environments.
