Job Description

We're now seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team and help us drive project success.

We're looking for a talented Scrum Master to play a key role in leading agile development, managing sprint-based activity spirals, and ensuring timely deliverables. As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for providing task management, coordinating team efforts, and contributing to project objectives.

Responsibilities include:

Produce task execution and provide expertise to mid- and senior-level personnel on assigned projects

Provide task management, coordinate team efforts, and contribute to project objectives

Lead agile development, conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Manage sprint-based activity spirals, organized by SCRUM principles, to ensure timely deliverables

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
Intelligence Community and SW development experience required
8 years of experience as a Scrum Master with SW development experience, with a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
A Master's degree desired.
Developing applications to support Intelligence Analysis, epecially OSINT, a plus.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118095 - $200762
