🏢 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IFS ERP Consultant to implement, configure, and support ERP solutions using IFS Cloud by IFS. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, optimize processes, and deliver scalable ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Gather and analyze business requirements across departments
* Configure and implement IFS ERP modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, etc.)
* Map business processes to ERP functionalities and recommend best practices
* Support full lifecycle implementations (design, build, test, deploy, and support)
* Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, integrations, and data migration
* Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation
* Provide user training, documentation, and post-go-live support
* Troubleshoot system issues and ensure continuous system improvement
* Assist in system upgrades and new feature rollouts
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
Functional Skills
* Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report)
* Hands-on experience with IFS ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, or Service)
Technical Skills (Preferred)
* Experience with SQL / PL-SQL
* Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and reporting tools
* Knowledge of IFS technical framework is a plus
Soft Skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management
* Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
🔹 Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field
* 10+ years of ERP implementation/support experience (IFS preferred)
