Role: Senior Java Developer

Location : Chicago, IL Onsite

Duration : 12+ month contract position.

Note: Will be 5 Days Onsite and Interview 1^st round Web-EX and 2^nd round F2F Both round with Client.

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong experience building secure, scalable microservices using Spring Boot, Java, and REST APIs. This role focuses on designing and developing backend services while ensuring modern security best practices, including OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Java based microservices using Spring Boot

Design, build, and secure REST APIs

Integrate applications with an existing OAuth2 authentication system

Apply secure coding practices and remediate vulnerabilities

Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Collaborate with architecture, DevOps, and security teams to build scalable, secure solutions

Required Skills:

Senior level experience with Java and Spring Boot

8+ years of Java experience required

Strong experience with Microservices and REST API development

Working knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and Spring Security

Looking for enterprise companies on resumes, not mom and pop or small companies
