Title: Team Leader- Application Development
Mode: Permanent/ FTE
Location: Charleston, SC
Hybrid 3 days per week onsite

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 10 software developers
Hands-on development player - coach
Manage multiple concurrent application development projects from initiation through deployment
Prioritize project portfolio and allocate resources effectively
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Contribute to IT strategy and continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

10+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in a team leadership role
Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong project management and problem-solving skills
