Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Red Hat SELinux Policy Administration Senior Consultant to support a specialized security and container platform engagement.
The ideal candidate will have advanced hands-on experience with SELinux policy administration, Red Hat OpenShift 4 platform deployment, and modern security technologies including Confidential Computing, Confidential Containers (CoCo), and OpenShift Compliance Operator.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and troubleshoot SELinux policies in Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments.
- Perform advanced SELinux policy administration, troubleshooting, and security hardening.
- Support Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 deployment and platform configuration.
- Implement and support security controls for containerized workloads.
- Work with Confidential Computing technologies and security architectures.
- Support Confidential Containers (CoCo) and related container security capabilities.
- Configure and utilize the OpenShift Compliance Operator for security and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot platform and security-related issues across Red Hat environments.
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to implement secure and compliant infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced hands-on experience with SELinux and SELinux policy administration.
- Red Hat Certified Specialist in SELinux Policy Administration certification.
- Experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4 and platform deployment.
- Experience with Confidential Computing concepts and technologies.
- Experience with Confidential Containers (CoCo).
- Experience with OpenShift Compliance Operator.
- Strong Red Hat Enterprise Linux/RHEL background.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a consulting environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience supporting government, defense, aerospace, or other security-sensitive environments.
- Experience with container security, Kubernetes, RHEL security hardening, and compliance frameworks.
Location & Travel Requirements
This position is primarily remote; however, the consultant must be comfortable with onsite work in Charleston, SC.
There may also be a requirement to travel to Ridgecrest, CA for approximately a couple of weeks until the VPN infrastructure is established in Charleston, SC.
Travel expenses will be covered.

The ideal candidate is a senior Red Hat security professional with deep expertise in SELinux policy administration, combined with OpenShift 4 deployment, Confidential Computing, Confidential Containers (CoCo), and Compliance Operator experience.
