*Job Description:*
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager / Senior Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team specializing in cloud and on-premises data technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Azure, Databricks, Informatica, WebLogic, and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills to drive innovative data solutions and ensure seamless integration across multiple platforms.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Lead and manage a team of data and cloud professionals to deliver enterprise-grade data solutions.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of data pipelines and analytics using Azure and Databricks.
- Manage on-premises data integration and middleware solutions, including expertise in WebLogic.
- Implement and optimize data workflows using Informatica.
- Drive the adoption and best practices for visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to deliver insightful dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and compliance policies.
- Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve data architecture and strategy.
*Qualifications:*
- Proven experience in managing teams in a cloud and data environment.
- Strong expertise in Azure cloud services and Databricks platform.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica for data integration.
- Knowledge of WebLogic on-premises middleware solutions.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Solid understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data governance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master s preferred.
