***This role is not open to vendors*** We are seeking an experienced
Automation Developer to help design, build, and implement enterprise automation solutions using UiPath. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing automation team early in its journey, helping scale robotic process automation (RPA) initiatives across both clinical and business operations within a large healthcare organization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on automation professional who has successfully delivered UiPath implementations and can partner directly with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, design solutions, and drive automation adoption.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using UiPath.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, analyze, and automate business processes.
- Lead discussions with technical and non-technical teams to translate business requirements into automation solutions.
- Participate in automation strategy, solution design, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Share implementation experience, lessons learned, and best practices from previous UiPath projects.
- Help expand and scale the organization's growing automation program.
- Collaborate with a small, agile automation team to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Qualifications
- 5+ years of automation development experience.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath is required.
- Experience implementing automation solutions from concept through production.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and recommend automation opportunities.
- Experience with Automation Anywhere and/or Blue Prism is highly preferred.
- Prior healthcare experience is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
Additional Information- 100% remote (must be available to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST).
- Preference for candidates located in the Tri-State area, but not required.
- Contract-to-hire opportunity after approximately 6 months.
