The Work
In this role, you will contribute to design and test of digital hardware including servers, cabinets, high speed digital printed circle boards, and other assemblies for radar and other applications. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of the design and test of digital hardware. preferably including Printed Circuit Board and cable design.

; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

The Work
As a Hardware IPT Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading Hardware development teams of 5 - 20 engineers through the hardware development process of digital subsystems.

? Acting as technical liaison between Engineering &?Technology leadership and Program Management to align resources, staffing and milestone planning.
? Facilitating weekly IPT status meetings and ensuring transparent communication among engineering, technology, program management and customer stakeholders.
? Delivering clear, concise oral and written updates to leadership, customers and cross functional teams.
? Overseeing subsystem development, build and test activities to meet schedule, performance and quality requirements.
? Experience fostering close working relationships with associate IPT Leads, functional Managers, and customer counterparts.

Qualifications:

? Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related Technical degree
? Minimum of 5 years professional experience
? Proven ability to contribute to hardware design work
? Experience with validating hardware and integrating with other assemblies
? Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance at the SECRET level
