Summary

Our client is seeking a Implementation Coordinator to join their team. Their firms have been running on the same on-premise legal software for decades. Now they re moving to the cloud, and most need a steady hand to get there. That s the role.

You ll be the day-to-day owner of the client relationship for every law firm we migrate from legacy systems to modern cloud-based legal practice management platforms. From kickoff through hypercare, you re the person the firm trusts to land them safely on the other side. You ll also work alongside our sales team before the deal is signed, joining discovery and scoping calls so prospects meet the person who will actually run their migration. You re not the project manager. You re not the migration engineer. You re the one who keeps the engagement on track and the client confident, from first conversation to go-live.

What you ll do:

  • Join the sales team on discovery and scoping calls with prospective law firms. Walk them through how the migration works and what to expect.
  • Run client kickoffs and weekly cadence calls. You set the tone for the engagement.
  • Translate firm needs into migration scope, working closely with our engineering lead.
  • Drive the project forward without carrying the PM title. Surface risks early, keep decisions moving, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Lead training and support change management for the firm s attorneys and admin staff.
  • Stay close through go-live and hypercare. Be the steady hand when issues come up.
  • Develop deep fluency in the legal practice management platforms we implement. As we expand into new products, you ll learn those too.

Who you are:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, customer success, professional services, or solutions consulting.
  • You ve owned client relationships directly, not in a supporting role.
  • You re comfortable in front of both prospects and clients. You can hold your own on a sales call and run a kickoff with equal confidence.
  • You pick up new software quickly and bring genuine curiosity to the technical side, even if you re not an engineer.
  • You have strong project management instincts: timelines, dependencies, follow-through.
  • Legal industry experience isn t required. We ll teach you how law firms operate, how the technology fits together, and how to run a successful migration. What we look for is sharpness, curiosity, and a natural ability to build trust with clients.

Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 (based on experience level) + Benefits.
