About the Role

In this role, you will use your full-stack expertise to build and modernize large-scale web applications. Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing the customer experience and improving application performance. As a technical leader, you will drive architecture discussions, mentor developers, and explore emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modernize large-scale web applications, influencing architecture and technical direction.
• Contribute to project planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews from planning through delivery.
• Partner with various teams to deliver solutions that enhance the customer experience.
• Mentor and coach developers, providing technical guidance and resolving engineering challenges.
• Explore and apply AI-powered solutions and emerging technologies as part of ongoing modernization.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5 years of software development experience, including experience with web or eCommerce applications using .NET, Java, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Kibana, Elasticsearch, or Dynatrace, or data integration tools such as NiFi preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Work authorization that does not require H-1B sponsorship.
