We are seeking a passionate and experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a permanent position, perfect for an individual with a deep understanding of Mastercam, HAAS CNC Mill and Lathe, Mazal CNC Lathe Mill, CNC programming, and Precision Measurement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and will have a proven track record of success in the field. Responsibilities:

As a CNC Programmer, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and implementing CNC programs for a wide range of machinery using Mastercam.
2. Operating and maintaining HAAS CNC Mill and Lathe, Mazal CNC Lathe Mill.
3. Creating and reviewing drawings or instructions to understand specifications of output.
4. Translating instructions into a computer automated manufacturing (CAM) program.
5. Monitoring the operations of machines, ensuring they produce pieces that meet specifications and are completed in a timely manner.
6. Conducting regular CNC machine assessments to ensure optimal performance.
7. Collaborating with the engineering team to develop effective strategies for machining processes.
8. Ensuring all CNC machines, tools, and equipment are maintained and are in good working order.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for the CNC Programmer position will possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proficiency in Mastercam, HAAS CNC Mill and Lathe, Mazal CNC Lathe Mill, CNC programming, and Precision Measurement.
3. Strong technical skills.
4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Strong understanding of production procedures.
6. Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
9. Strong organizational and planning skills.
10. A commitment to quality, safety, and efficiency.
11. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
12. High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in a related field is a plus.
