- Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 hrs/week), Preferred hours 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM with a half-hour unpaid lunch
- Telecommuting: Hybrid – Up to 50% telecommuting allowed
- Interview Format: Webex (Webcasting with camera required)
- Environment Hardware/Software: Windows workstation, Java/Oracle, Unix/Solaris
Mandatory & Requested Qualifications
- Software & Database Management: 84 months of experience managing IT software and database development projects, including analysis, design, coding, unit testing, quality assurance, implementation, infrastructure, security tasks, and system maintenance.
- Project Management Software: 84 months of experience developing and managing project plans and resources using tools like Microsoft Project.
- CSSQ Management: 84 months of experience defining and managing project Cost, Scope, Schedule, and Quality (CSSQ), including project budgets, scope statements, schedules, and quality standards.
- Risk Management: 60 months of experience performing Risk Identification, including developing a Risk Assessment Plan.
- Communication Planning: 60 months of experience developing and executing project communication plans.
- Multi-Team Leadership: 36 months of experience managing IT projects involving multiple development teams.
- Certification: Active PMI PMP Certification.
