Description:

Responsible for system administration, maintenance, upgrades, installation, test, integration, and configuration of VLP/LF/MF/HF/VHF/UHF/Wireless SIGINT survey, collection, and geo-location systems and software, including prototypes, development, operational testing, test, and lab systems and products.

Perform network services from network design through implementation, maintenance, and upgrading of existing LAN/CAN/WAN networks.

Work with both Arista and Cisco network devices.

Configure and optimize the network to connect various front-end and back-end components.

Design, integrate, configure, deploy, test, and provide ongoing maintenance for numerous types of network devices.

Provide Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting.

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and Bash; build and maintain pipelines with tools like Jenkins or GitLab; use Ansible or Terraform for infrastructure as code; work with Docker and Kubernetes; and manage and monitor hybrid cloud/virtualized environments.

Manage and configure Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security.

Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies and travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Computer Science; may substitute four (4) years' experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
Twelve (12) years' experience with software and system deployments, Linux system administration, containerization, cloud deployments, and DevSecOps; may substitute two (2) years of experience with a Master of Science in Engineering or Computer Science.
Be available for 24/7 call-in support for operational system critical discrepancies.
Willing to travel for information system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Required Technical Skills:
Linux (RHEL/CentOS) administration and troubleshooting
LAN/CAN/WAN network services
Arista and Cisco network devices
Network configuration and optimization
Python and Bash scripting
Jenkins or GitLab pipelines
Ansible or Terraform infrastructure as code
Docker and Kubernetes
Kubernetes cluster management
Hybrid cloud/virtualized environment management and monitoring
Recent experience in Kubernetes within the last three (3) years
Recent experience in cluster orchestration within the last three (3) years
Recent experience in containerization within the last three (3) years

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and a position appropriate security clearance is required, you must have an Active TS/SCI security clearance with customer appropriate polygraph.

Annual Compensation Figures listed for this position serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Compensation will vary dependent upon factors including but not limited to: Government contract rates; education; relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, and competencies; certifications, and geographic location.
